Your preferred brow shape or colour can change. So can the way an older cosmetic tattoo looks over time. Whether you want to soften existing pigment, prepare for new work, or discuss an unwanted body tattoo, Bri starts with the result you hope to achieve.
What is UNDO®?
UNDO® is a non-laser removal system used for lightening or removing unwanted tattoo pigment. Bri offers it as a studio treatment, separately from her professional training courses.
The treatment uses a tattoo machine and a specialist serum, with lifting clay and microcurrent masks as part of the system. Bri will explain the process, comfort measures and aftercare before treatment, and assess whether it is appropriate for the area you want to address.
Existing permanent makeup
Enquiries can include brow, lip and eyeliner tattoos, or scalp micropigmentation. Share clear photos, when the work was done, and any previous touchups, correction or removal. That history helps Bri discuss whether fading, removal or another approach fits your goals.
Body tattoo enquiries
The studio also considers small to medium body tattoos. Include the size and placement in your enquiry so Bri can assess the area and explain the next step.

A plan built around you
Fading, removal & future work
Some clients want to lighten what they have; others want to work toward removal before considering new cosmetic tattooing. The age, amount and depth of pigment, treatment history and skin response all inform the plan. Complete removal or a fixed number of sessions cannot be promised.
Sessions & healing
Removal is a process, with healing time between appointments. The treated area can scab as it heals, and its appearance changes during recovery. Bri will talk through what to expect and assess the skin before scheduling another session or new permanent makeup.
Plan around aftercare as well as the appointment itself. Read the studio’s original UNDO® instructions, and discuss questions about work, exercise, makeup or an upcoming event with Bri before booking.
Pricing & booking
Current brow and body-tattoo pricing is listed on Pricing & FAQ. Your overall plan depends on the area and sessions required. Acuity collects the booking deposit; the remaining balance is invoiced after your appointment.
